I am John
Cadillac Seville, along with my co-host.
Oh, who am I?
I am Joyce Logan.
And you are a Cadillac man.
Oh, yeah.
Exactly.
My wife calls me different things at home.
Yes. Sorry. That's another episode.
Now, Andy, Lisa is our guest,
and she's the author
of what my sister told me
after she was murdered.
This is an unusual memoir where murder is
the catalyst
for a profound spiritual transformation.
Now, the news about
your sister was internationally known
and powered by the media
was everywhere, all over the place.
And we're going to learn
more about that. Joyce.
So, you know, going to them
and this is just.
Yeah, because this is really exciting
because Annie has a book out about this
and what John just said.
And this is the
the cover of your beautiful sister.
And it came out on March
8th, her birthday.
The book.
Right, right.
And, Annie, there may be some people
who don't know about this story.
I know a lot about this story
because I was
I was fascinated by it
because it it hit home.
I didn't even know you were
from Connecticut, but it really hit me.
And I thought about the family afterwards.
And the media really didn't cover
what happened after.
But if you can take our listeners
through the story of, of Teresa
and what took place and is that difficult
for you to speak about?
It's not ten years gone, and there's
been so much joy and transformation
that, quite honestly, I
well, first of all,
thank you so much for having me.
Oh, thank you for being here
for your first episode yesterday.
And I love what I'm seeing all the time.
Oh, thank you, but,
we're on the same page.
Yes we are. Yes.
Let's raise the vibes here on. Yeah.
Thank you.
With that, I will say that,
my sister and I were extremely close,
and we were on the cusp
of understanding the nature of reality.
I mean, and I mean, just a glimpse of it
because of all of these
profound experiences
that we were having that
they were so out of control that you just
it was like a wave of situations.
And this kind of happened at the same time
when we had our family vacation,
which was in June of 2015.
And, a lot of interesting things
happened on that weekend.
And I kind of opened the book there
that, you know, my sister was on the cusp
of figuring out all the things
that were going on in her life,
and I think she knew
that something was coming,
even if she didn't know consciously.
Her higher self certainly did.
I believe we get glimpses of our lives
before we actually agree
that we're going to come down here
and do this thing, right?
And then we get here on the wall like,
we. Yeah.
So I think she saw some moments
because there was a lot of,
moments where she said things like,
you know, I could be dead someday.
Or, and I need to know
that you understand this
or by hugging me
like we don't hug each other like this,
and I don't know why I felt compelled
to hug her so tight.
Premonitions. These premonitions
and her saying I was so sick
I thought I was going to die.
She had severe heartburn.
Was down for the count.
And heartburn is actually associated
with gripping fear.
So there was a big part of Teresa
that knew something was coming along.
And you know, I went to work the next day
we all said goodbye.
And again
I knew something was off all weekend
with her and, and then I got the phone
call the next morning.
I was kind of just easing my way into
a Monday like we do in corporate America.
You know, after a long.
Yeah, it's what can I possibly not
do until I just wake up?
And I was sending photos and my brother,
my younger brother Frank called me,
and I was just kind of like lazily going,
hey, how are you doing?
And that was the last lazy moment
I had for, quite a few years.
And your sister was a doctor.
This is very important.
Thank you.
My sister was a doctor.
She was board
certified in internal medicine and M.D.,
and she was on a journey to,
really help her patients at a
at a level that we don't see today.
So she went on and studied
past her medical degree,
and she got her masters of science
and medical science.
And then she became certified
with the American Board of Integrative
and Holistic Medicine, and then functional
anti-aging and regenerative Medicine.
Was there anything she couldn't do
after so many letters?
But here's the interesting thing.
And I'm so glad you,
I didn't want to gloss over that Olmsted.
She actually ended up
getting certified in energy medicine,
with the late doctor Norman Shealy.
Yeah, doctor.
She and blessed oils.
And she spent a week with him.
She spent, 4 or 5 days with Carolyn Mace.
Met Norm there, and Norm invited her
to be his guest in Missouri.
And from that, we met in Newark
and had our moment of knowing
that we had a mission.
And that was
nine months to the day of
that discovery, nine months to the day
she was murdered.
So it was a metaphor for that
never escape to me,
this birth.
So thank you for bringing that up.
Theresa was on her way
to reach the masses.
And her life was cut short.
And I'm hoping
this book can get her to reach the masses.
Well, she is reaching the masses
thanks to.
Yeah, yeah, well, she helped me
write this book, and she's been egging me
on for a long time.
She she always did that to me
when she was alive.
That's a little bit of nudging. Yes. Yeah.
Living up to your potential
and you could do so much more so,
you know, get to it, you know.
And when you received a
phone call from your brother,
you know,
this was a horrific, horrific murder.
This,
and I almost hate
to have you relive that and talk about it,
because I know sometimes our brains,
and our bodies don't know
the difference between it happening now
and happening in the past.
But I just think it's important
for our listeners to know
that this was international news
and this was on,
I think, 48 hours of 2020
and Dateline and court TV.
It was everywhere.
Yes.
You know, it's one thing
that is at the levels,
you know, my younger sister said it
so well, it's like the closer the camera
came into the scene, the more you learned,
the more horrible it was.
So versus like, Theresa's dad, then it's
Theresa was more than it's.
Theresa was beaten to death.
And and so it
just became so incredibly overwhelming.
And the fallout because this was
multi layered in grief and fear
because it ends up being her husband.
And there's children
and there's who's raising them.
And we have to protect them.
And our being cut off from them.
And they're being told
that we're terrible people
and we can't get our you know, it was
an unbelievable amount of stress.
I, I never experienced
such intense stress.
And I started to feel it in my body.
And had to work with that.
And it was very hard
because I didn't have my sister.
My sister was my doctor,
and I met with many of her colleagues
and they said, you know,
you want your sister here and we're not
you're not going to find what she did
because nobody had her wealth
of experience.
And her,
skill
set and education
brought everything together in a way.
You know, when you went and saw my sister,
you were there for an hour.
And if people wanted to pray,
she prayed with them because she said
my feelings about your health matter,
like whether or not
I believe that you can get well is matter.
You're the one who's going to heal you.
But so she was very unique
and I got very sick from all of that fear.
That I got through it.
I mean I learned how to
and the other thing is you mentioned that
of course her husband
was responsible for this,
but at first you didn't know that.
So you're actually living with the person
taking care of the children
who murdered your sister.
And at one point you realize this.
So you
I don't want you spoiler alert,
I might alert.
So I do talk about that in that profound
moment in the book, when I realized,
absolutely, because we all kind of
were going around the table,
we all end up in Florida, right?
And we've got two condos and cousins
come down and siblings
come down and close,
close friends come down.
And there's a crew of us
in this condo complex.
And at one point
we were all going around the table sick
as I now,
of course, it's the husband did it.
And I said, I mean, everybody's saying
that we, you know, it's like a whodunit.
Yeah, I mean, I'm
that you always look at the husband first.
Yeah, or the obvious, but anyway.
Well,
I don't have a motive here, so nobody can
nobody could come up with the motive.
It was like we went on the table.
Yes. No, yes, yes.
And I said no.
I said, I don't want anything.
It seems like you were living like
a murder mystery, but this was really.
And we were living a real murder.
So the emotions were high. Yeah.
I and my sister let us know right away
that she was alive and kicking.
And she was with us.
And and again, I don't want to give a lot
of the stories away in the book because
there really.
Well, I read the book.
And what I can say about your book is
I feel that I am with you.
I am in that house with you.
I'm in the bedroom
when you're speaking with your brother.
And he comes to the door,
the murderer, the husband, and it
I, I had to put the book down at times,
you know, I had the manuscript
and just take a deep breath
because you so take us
into those moments and when.
So tell me, though,
when you first started reaching out
to Teresa and asking her.
So Teresa reached out to me first.
Okay.
It was I honestly don't remember
what was my first night in Florida.
I believe that it was for my second.
We stayed in a hotel.
My brothers were in one room
and I was with our very dear friend
Danielle, who was my.
And my sister was like, our, my,
my sisters,
really close your besties.
And she, she flew in from New Mexico.
She's like,
I'm gonna be right there with you.
And I was asleep.
And this was the first time
of all of the interesting experiences
and connections
I've had with departed loved ones.
I never had a tactile experience.
So I was sound asleep,
and I awoke to something
rubbing my back
really hard in a circle to wake me up.
And as I was roused from my sleep,
it just became a gentle.
And there was nobody in the world.
And I turned over Daniel.
I knew it was my sister.
I found her, so she was like,
interestingly
enough, well, that's in the book.
I'll let people read.
But that that meant something.
She was giving me a message
with that rough.
So it was like, hey, I'm here
and I understand something
that you were trying to tell me.
And so she does something with that.
To make that point.
There's a lot of things
that didn't happen in sequence
that then you understand
what they meant afterwards.
Now do you look at the situation
as a gift. Wow.
You know I believe
yeah a couple things. One,
my sister, without knowing it
sacrificed her life for her children.
She got them away from a psychopath.
I know 100% that every
difficult situation,
every painful situation,
anything that causes
us intense resistance or even
minimal resistance is an opportunity truly
to recognize something and wise
higher above it.
So the gifts that came through to this,
of course,
the work that my sister led me
to the understanding of our mission
to help support humanity
during this precarious time on the planet,
how to do all of that, and the healing,
I mean.
So, Joy, you said, I know
this might be hard for you to talk about,
and sometimes I can get right there, but.
It's really
they seem strange,
but I've never been so joyful in my life.
If you've ever said that to me,
if I anyone said
you think you could ever be happy
after you lose your sister, I'd be like,
oh no, my life would be over
because we were that ridiculously close.
But I can honestly say
I've never experienced so much joy
since that, like so many things
have happened to open up my heart,
to raise my awareness of what it means to,
be alive
and what our responsibility of love
is on this planet.
And the power of forgiveness.
Yes.
From a spiritual perspective,
have surprised me.
It's encouraging to hear you say that,
because so many people watching right now
are going to say, how can she go on?
How can you still be happy?
So many people lose loved ones
and they just feel like, how can I ever be
happy again?
But you find a way and they're angry.
They're angry for years and years
and years.
But how?
How were you able to do that?
Annie. Yeah.
And I, I see that a lot.
And I well, I try to offer myself to help.
So before I could get on with the mission,
my sister knew I had to heal myself
first. Right.
Because I, I was kind of a mess
and understandably so. So,
in order to move forward in that,
you have to release the trauma
and the fear and the grief and the guilt
and whatever is associated with the loss,
because there's so many things like,
why didn't I tell my sister this right?
Why didn't I talk to her
when she called me just four hours
before she was murdered?
Why didn't why didn't I stay on the phone?
Because I have been able
to tell her this. This?
And she would have.
Okay, what if. What if I could have?
I certainly could have blamed myself
for her murder.
Because I had information that would have
changed the course of her night.
Okay.
And I'm not going to give that away.
So to answer your question,
why is it that some people grieve
for years and years and years, and
why is it that I've been able to do this
and it's not just me
and it's not because I'm special.
It's not anything other than my sister
brought me this tool that I use,
and I actually did.
She taught me that the subconscious is
where all of our power is,
and she showed me a tool that I use called
psychic, and I work with clients.
But that's not the point.
The point is,
everything is on the subconscious.
And when you release it, it's quantum
like it's
it rewrites the program and trauma.
You know, there's the 0 to 7 window
and everything is recorded. Yes.
And there's the trauma that sticks there.
But I released it because my sister,
this is what she told me
after she was murdered.
Not only did
she have to tell me who killed her,
she had to leave me on the mission.
I thought this information
about the subconscious and the information
that she serendipitously led me to, moment
by moment, was for my healing.
And then I saw, oh my goodness,
this is for everyone.
And then I made the connection.
So and when we heal ourselves
we become in this joyful wonderful place.
We're in this joyful wonderful place.
It has this exponential effect on everyone
that we meet.
Right, John. Yes.
That person in the coffee shop
like you said. Yeah.
But it's more than just a 1 to 1.
It's a one to many
because it's a vibrational thing
and it creates unconditional love in ways
that you can't imagine.
And that just creates this tsunami of joy.
And that's how we that's our mission.
That's how we're to support humanity.
We're literally as Rob
Williams, the founder of this tool
that I talked about, says,
we become the piece.
Yeah, we become a piece of the happiness.
And it's magic.
It's yes, quantum physics.
It's it's
science and spirit coming together.
And the name of the show is What's good.
And you're sharing that what's good,
because some people might be tuning in,
saying, what's so good about this?
Your sister being murdered,
but you're talking about that.
And I see the joy in your face
that's coming from something that
how can you have joy about this?
But you're healing not one person
at a time, but you're healing humanity.
And and I can see the joy in your face
because you know that you're helping so
many people.
And I think you know your story
by sharing your sister story. Yes.
And then I feel like your sister is
more with you then than ever.
You feel that you you don't feel like
you've lost your sister to you.
You know,
she just walked into another room.
Yeah.
And a great analogy that I wish I could
remember who I could give this credit for.
It's like if you're watching
and now I call it TV still whatever.
If you're
watching your smart TV and you're watching
ESPN, you're tuned into that channel.
But it doesn't mean that
there's not a movie happening.
You know,
that movie's happening.
That's right.
You're just not on that channel.
So my sisters, just all of our families
that are on different channels,
she could be on 20 channels.
We have a multi-dimensional nature.
Our our spirit is not just sitting
in one place here in our body.
It's it's much, much larger than that.
But we take it in
steps as we can understand
that the most important thing
that and I meet people where they are
on their journey,
like my mother and I have one conversation
and then she'll go,
you know what they talking
and say, you know,
and then you meet other clients
and you kind of figure out where they are
and you have these conversations.
But at the at the very basic level,
reality is
far more expansive than we can ever
imagine with our five senses.
Okay, it's so much bigger than this
three dimensional experience,
and when you just at least
open up that door,
then things start to happen, right?
You understand that more and more
and it becomes fuller and more alive.
And what do you do that then you recognize
your potential
as a multi-dimensional being.
And when you get rid of all of the anger
and the guilt and all of these fear based
beliefs, which scientists say,
like 70% of our subconscious
is all negative, yeah, that's
running the day for you when you get rid.
You're like a hot air balloon
and you just cut those weight fast.
Yes it up.
And guess what everybody.
It's really beautiful up there.
Access to information
that you could get down there.
You just could never see it. Yes.
We have to be 100%.
We have to be intentional about
when we get up in the morning because
like you said
7,075% of the thoughts are negative.
We have to start our day with gratitude
or prayer, whatever you need to do.
And to me, that gives you the mental armor
and spiritual armor.
You need to go out there into the world
and just, you know,
kind of ward off the negativity.
There's so much of it out there.
Well, I would add to that.
Yes. And I think what I love
about an attitude
of gratitude
is because it's very instantaneous.
The moment
like you could be in the worst place
and I'll tell people like
if you can't do this right now
you the, the basic thing you can do
is have an attitude of gratitude.
And as soon as you do,
you're going to start to feel better
and better and better, right?
Because you know how it is.
You know, you get off,
you start your tail,
and after you stub your toe,
you know, you you spill your coffee, you
your better
it just goes on a domino effect.
I would add to that.
And this is really
the most important thing that I say
in my book is
I don't care if you use my tool,
I don't care if you ever decide
to make a session with me, I don't care.
But do you know this?
Your subconscious is running your life
without your conscious permission.
Spend 95% of the day
operating from our subconscious.
Right.
So that's all of the trauma, the drama,
the fear, all of the emotionally
charged situations, all of the beliefs,
our parents, us that we didn't choose.
That's the lens that we look through life.
And it is happening 95% of the day
and only 5% are we in consciousness.
Right?
So I say, well, by all means,
check that out.
And if you don't, you know, use
whatever modality you think that you want,
because I'm not here to sell you sessions
and I'm not here.
But I will say,
that Doctor Bruce lifted
where I got all of my research
and the biology of belief,
and he is going around the world
on his mission right now
with some of the greatest minds
in the space of science and spirituality
and of this magical convergence,
talking about the same things I'm talking
about, which is extremely exciting to me,
because I thought
I figured this all out on my own.
But if you look at that, Bruce Lipton,
his incredible.
I've been to many of his sessions on that.
This is how reality works, everyone.
And this is why you keep repeating
the same patterns over and over again.
No matter how many affirmations you say,
no matter.
Therapy sessions, Groundhog day.
That's right. Is Groundhog Day.
So, yeah, but you know,
and if you're not so
so when you do that,
things change dramatically.
Your day
to change your life. Absolutely.
So how am I so joyful?
Because I'm literally
not the same person that I was,
you know, a year ago, but let alone.
I started doing this eight years ago.
You know, I have to say that
I had a session with, with Annie, Lisa
and I was going through,
I didn't even realize that I was going
through a tough time with a car accident.
And you don't know this,
but after a few days later
when I was driving because I was having
a little difficulty driving,
my story tense, you know,
when you're in a head on collision
and then after that,
it wasn't a comfortable space to be in.
And I worked with with Annie,
and within a few days
of driving down my road and so I could see
it's a woman in the car driving the car,
and she goes into my lane for like,
like two seconds
because she either drops something
or looks like something happened.
And normally I would have,
you know, just pulled
over, went home or whatever
it was like to have one.
It didn't bother me at all.
And I just thought, thank you, God,
it was easy breezy.
Yes, yes.
Right, right. Yes.
He was just a conduit, you know.
But no matter how much we may all know
this,
we still need, our guides,
you know, whether it's, Jesus, the Bible
going to hear Bruce Lipton
having a session with you.
We always.
We need that reinforcement because
the world kind of bombards us with stuff.
And that's a really good point.
You know,
before I,
I call it the moment when I woke up again
and came back to life
when my sister kind of I was kind of,
like I say, blindly slapping
at the light switch, trying to find it
and turn on the light switch in my life.
I was talking to this woman
and she does a chapter
in the book about it
called Irish Intuition.
She was pretty extraordinary and
one of the things she said to
me was I said
I have all these things that I want to do.
I have all these things
that Theresa and I were talking about.
And she said, well, you're going to be
doing your sisters work.
And I was like,
I'm not a doctor or read out about that.
But the other thing I said, look,
everybody knows this.
Don't they know this?
I mean, they know about,
you know, things that
Jesus said, they know about who's lived
and they know, come on, raise your voice.
Don't they understand?
She goes, and some people may,
but they may not be able to hear it.
Until they hear it from you.
It's like my sister used to say
she would talk to patients
and she would tell the husband and wife
what was going on
with the husband and wife would go
and tell him that that truth was like,
well, it was never right.
Yeah, right.
So we we all resonate.
We're vibrational beings
living in the vibrational universe.
Listen to our thoughts,
but we resonate with people.
So I say to people after my talks,
when I do my talks, I read from the book
and then I launch into, well, let me
tell you how the subconscious works.
I'm not really going
to blow your mind. Okay?
And then I talk about the mission.
But, one of the things
that, people don't understand is
just completely lost my train of.
Okay, remember what the question was?
I get excited
about not hearing what you have to say
is that at the end of the talk,
they do understand
why and how they ended up in the place
that they are like immediately
they get it.
And my actual point
that I was trying to make
is going to come back to me
probably two minutes.
Yeah.
Well, yeah.
You know, I brought people back.
Memories of my telling
my mother about this,
when I had, what I call an awakening.
And it was, I believe Doctor
Wayne Dyer called it a satori moment.
Where it is, I think it's a Japanese term
for instant enlightenment.
And that happened to me,
when I was in my 20s.
And then I voraciously just started
reading,
went to the library and got books on
Saint Paul, and, you know, all of that.
And I thought this is like the
the Pentecost, you know, I,
I was understanding everything
for the first time.
And I said to my, my mother,
I was trying to explain it, that
I feel like I'm losing my life
to get my life back.
And she said,
what does that even mean to gain losses?
Gain?
But I couldn't really articulate it
because it was all happening
to me at once.
And then I felt this great responsibility,
which I didn't like at first
I felt like, oh, I have to love everyone.
I think I do love everyone,
I think I love that tree outside.
I just started to see things differently.
So is that vibration
was raised to that level
where I could understand.
And then I had to realize
that maybe I'm in college right now,
but my mother is still in grade school
and she's not getting this,
so I had to learn to quietly
let the light shine through.
And not that my life was great after that.
And a lot of stuff happened after that.
It just I was never the same person.
Though.
I like to phrase
when the student is ready, the teacher.
Yes, yes.
You know, sometimes
you'll hear something over and over. Yes.
And then, like you said
before, a third person
or somebody else had a relationship or
a different component will say something
and then it, it clicks.
Right. All right.
And that's probably what happened.
And I and I think we a chameleon,
we have to adapt it.
That's what I was just going to say. Yeah.
That we have to adapt.
And I think all three of us here know
that.
And in fact, I think I posted something
about this last night that sometimes
a person doesn't need a lecture
and doesn't need a sermon.
They need a hug.
Yes, they need understanding.
And you need to be quiet with that person.
I agree with you 100%. I
when I was having some of these
incredible experiences of talking to that,
people are getting messages
from dead people.
I was so exuberant about it,
and people just look at me like,
know what?
Doing
my work with the subconscious
and the, the,
the things that were happening in
my life were so incredible.
The changes that were happening.
And you just, you know,
you want to come back from these four days
and training you just like, like vomiting
all over.
I learned not to do that.
And you just
toss a little mustard seed
and let them ask questions.
And honestly
truly leading by example
like they see the change.
I don't have friends
that don't see me very often and they do.
And they go.
Yes. But you are, you
you know
look I am not let me be very clear.
For all the people who know me,
I am not saying by a longshot,
if you could have heard me this past week,
I realized just this past week
there's a lot of stuff
I haven't let go of.
Because as the pressure
built this week with the book coming out.
Yeah, and me having problems,
I was having problems with the layout.
My Microsoft was going down.
I couldn't get information.
I have a press release going out.
I've got my birthday, I've got this show,
I've got my monologue, I've got events.
I was screaming,
I was like,
oh, but you weren't seeing any bad words
that were, you know, forced on.
I mean, how do I
that's that was Annie like,
yeah, yeah, but no views.
Annie like,
so I really, I, I always say, well,
I used to be person I, I yeah, yeah.
You know, I had no views and would yell
and scream and calm and relaxed
and that's very true for the most part.
I'm not big
and I'm not the Buddha. I'm not Jesus.
I'm the human just like everybody else.
But my life experiences,
I used to be pursued road rage.
I mean, I was known to get out of my car
at 16, and I got somebody to
wow, who I was.
Yeah, yeah,
that person came out this week.
And so the beautiful thing about that is,
well, there's more housecleaning to do.
Yes. Yeah.
And I know exactly
what the source of the trigger is.
I know what it is. And I'm like, wow,
I thought I had released all that I have.
But that's the beauty of it,
because we can catch it early
instead of
just letting it fester and take over.
Somebody told me a long time ago
that we're all under construction.
Yeah, yeah, every one of us.
Yeah.
Yes,
I know that very few people
decide to come here and just be gorgeous
and be rich and go on vacation.
I mean, I've,
I've heard that some do, but, like,
you know, there's no growth there.
No, there's no there's no growth
without resistance, without these things.
I mean, that's true.
Forgetting who we are. Right?
Right thing.
And our job is to not get distracted.
I mean, yes, you know, the ocean
and the deliciousness of life,
the food, the beauty, the songs, the
the the the clothes,
the the music, music, music. Yes,
yes. But don't get attached to it.
Right?
And you start attaching to things.
You weigh yourself down with it
and you forget who you are. Your job.
You know you already did.
You try to remember who you are
again, it's cutting off those bags off
a hot air balloon.
Yes. Remember? And then you saw.
And life becomes so easy
because you're not going to have.
You got to kind of have to just.
You know why?
Because you're making idols out
of all those idols.
That's I mean, that's
what's meant by that, right?
Yeah. That's right.
People get turned off
when they hear those things.
You know, any type of reference,
sometimes people who are not religious.
And I say in the book, you know,
I don't want to offend the atheists
and I don't want to,
you know, insult or offend the, theists.
There's.
Right.
There's something going on right now.
So you, you feel it call a god.
Right visit, call it.
Actually the God is quantum physics.
God is everything.
Buddha actually God created it all
anyway, right?
I said that to a very dear friend of mine
who is a Catholic priest,
and I asked him in my book,
Starving Your Fears.
I have a Buddha reference.
And I said, did that upset you?
And he says, why?
He says, God create a Buddha.
So it's like,
oh, cool. Yeah. That's right.
That's
the whole thing is just being tolerant
and respecting other people.
You know, I think that's the key.
But wait,
I have some I have other questions
because because the as you're speaking.
Because when you talked about
speaking to The Departed,
did that happen after Teresa's?
Yeah, this was before okay.
So you always knew there was a connection
there with the afterlife?
I think
I did from the time I was very little.
But let me just be. I'm not,
I'm not a medium.
Wait, what I'm doing, everybody can do.
You just have to write or to,
I believe like,
it's the price of admission here on planet
Earth.
I it starts with, I believe something and,
what happened was right alongside.
I mean, I spent most of my life
in corporate America.
I was a copywriter,
I worked in advertising.
So, you know, I was never under a tree
meditating all day.
Okay? I am the life, and I.
I had a very, very young,
very exciting career.
And, but during that time, I just
I just left, right
or right around the time I had
my son and I started noticing
that my thoughts were being reflected
back, like in a song like word for word.
That's kind of weird, you know.
And then it just kept happening
and then it was like on a billboard
and then like my boss would call me in
and say,
you know, we're going to do a story
and golf Digest today on this.
And I feel like I've just,
you know, so yes, yes, I want
and something's going on.
Yeah. Right.
Right.
Soon as I did that, it just exploded
and it got crazy.
And it was like, well, like I'd, I'd be
crying over you don't understand me.
Were like, okay,
well have a nice day, right?
Like playing it down.
And so my sister jumped in
for the bandwagon and, and like,
the experiences that I started to happen
were not the kind where, you know, like,
I saw a dragonfly
and I think it was my grandmother.
That's nice.
You know, maybe it was your grandmother.
I'm talking about dynamic experience. Yes.
That stop you in your tracks
and make the skeptic go what.
Yeah. Yeah.
Like that's the kind of those are
the kinds of things that were happening.
And so that's why I do
bring those into the book
so people can understand, like
this was my journey
and my sister was right there going,
oh my God, that's going to be
to be really careful of my like my sister
was very excitable, but yeah, it's just,
you know,
you have to teach me how to do this.
And I was like, well,
this is what I did, you know?
And you guys, she was so,
fanatic of genius and
and doing so many things.
It was only towards the end of her life
when she started
to have those experiences.
And when Teresa had them
just like that, Teresa does,
as we call her, that Teresa,
she did everything on steroids.
So I was doing this.
Teresa was doing it
where she was just this part wasn't real.
Know. Yeah, it.
And that's when things started to happen,
so I.
So that's why
it wasn't like Teresa.
She checked out so fast. Right.
So we didn't have a time to go,
like let's develop the code you know. And
how would you tell me what to do.
I know what to do.
Immediately got right there and she,
she reached out
to so many different people in our circle.
Like people are still telling me stories
about what happened
after my sister was murdered.
So she's not she hasn't just
reached out to you other people as well.
Yeah. Wow.
But but she's worked
with me on the mission, so I know that
she inspired another friend
to get the angels of heart
to do all of these beautiful artwork
with Angel.
She's been sharing my story
a lot, and I want to hear her story
exactly how it happened,
because I still don't know.
But so many people had awakenings,
just understood things all at once,
and shared old stuff
in the very beginning and very beginning.
A lot of that happened.
But then she has like,
she was with me on my birthday
and I didn't get to put it
in the book, but, you know,
I talk about that in the book.
And so I got up for my birthday breakfast.
Now, Teresa's calling cards.
Like I said again, you know, there's a
there's a butterfly
or there's a dragonfly.
Teresa's are 100% absolute.
It's like she wrote your name.
And I got up and I looked at this
funny picture
in front of me of a cow with flowers.
Of course it caught my attention
and my eyes went right to the right.
The artist name was Kay Del Dia. Wow.
So yeah, yeah yeah
there's the del
and they got bigger and bigger.
Yeah.
And Teresa, she took all of that
to a much larger level.
Let me ask you this too, is Teresa happy?
Does she come across as being happy?
I don't get any emotion.
Okay.
To be honest with you,
no one's ever asked me that before.
I think Teresa is.
It was called.
I mean, we all choose our exit
date with God.
I mean, we we make those decisions
on when we're going to exit
and when we're going to enter this plane.
I, I and my understanding of my research,
okay.
That long ago, we knew when we were just
like, God knows every hair on your head.
Right? And that's part of it.
And we're connected to that
because we plopped here, we were part
of the creative process about what
we were going to do and who are parents.
We're going to be,
you know, there's no coincidences.
There's no I agree, right.
So, I forgot your question.
Well, she had what she,
she come across as being happy.
She comes across as being purposeful,
very purposeful.
Like this is the way it's supposed to be.
And we're still working together on this.
We're going to work this way because it's
going to have a more profound effect
with me on the other side
and you on that side.
It's going to help people awaken
to their true divine nature
when they understand
that life is so much grander
than getting up in the morning
and having your coffee and go to work
like there really is something happening.
Like you said, in life,
she was always pushing people
to be their best, doing the same thing.
And she's still doing it, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
Yes, she is.
She's doing that and she's learning
how to manipulate energy.
And I just feel like, I know,
I know a lot of people like Rob Williams,
the, the originator of the work that I do,
called psychic with his subconscious.
He just transitioned in October.
Heartbreaking.
But we all feel like well, he's
got things to do, you know as is above
so below, you know, you just got to have
a balance of the energy that there's,
you know Teresa
always said I could get so and I'm going
to, I'm going to censor this.
I could get so much more down
if I could just get out of this body,
to me at her service and say, you know,
your sister just said this to me.
That does not surprise me.
Yeah.
So what she wanted to do and she,
I don't think she felt like
I think she knew she wasn't going to.
Have you saw
the body is limited enough time.
Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.
You know it reminds me of when,
I had my private practice
and several people came to me
who, who passed, like, really quickly
afterwards from accidents and.
Yeah, plane crash, different things.
And this very,
very famous psychic in our area,
Ruth Burnett, she called me.
I've never met her.
I only knew about her
from reading about her.
And she said,
I'd like to make an appointment with you.
And I said, sure.
So I remember my sister saying,
I wonder why she wants to meet with you.
And I said, I don't know, maybe
for relaxation because I do relaxation
therapy
using hypnosis and stress management.
And she came in and we spoke for a while
just chit chatting.
And then she said, aren't
you curious as to why I'm here?
And I said, well, yes, I am.
And she said, why do you think I'm here?
And she had talked
about opening a new center.
And I said, maybe you want me
to be part of that doing the hypnosis.
And she said, well, that would be great.
She said, But I'm here
because I have pancreatic cancer.
I'm dying.
And I asked for someone to help
cross me over, and now I know it's you.
And and in that instant,
what happened was
what's happened to me before.
I lean in and I held her hand.
I have no idea what I said, I don't I
it it's happened to me many times.
But as she was walking away,
she just without even turning
and looking at me, she said, Joyce,
if you just wouldn't be afraid of what you
do, thousands would come to you.
Well, I went to
see someone
who really is in touch with angels.
I mean, has a lot of appearances,
wrote many books, lives
in Connecticut, moved to Florida.
I didn't like this
because I got attached to the people.
And I said to, to Trudy
Griswold, why is this happening?
And she always prayed with me
and she said, Joyce,
the messages that are coming through to me
is your work continues
when you cross over.
So you better get used to it.
But that's what it made me think of that.
When you asked why was she happy?
So I've learned to just release that
and let go because if that is my mission,
if I'm able to help people,
whether just calm their anxiety
or cross over,
you know, sometimes I go to hospice or
sit with people,
and I helped my husband cross over.
So I am at peace with that now.
Although I was an
A job that I really wanted,
you know, God, God gives you the grace.
But then also thinking of the messages,
it wasn't until I read the soliciting
prophecy that was the early early 90s
that I realized
that everyone has a message.
If you look for it, pay attention
and you will find it,
and then you can't on see it, right?
Yeah. Yeah.
Absolutely. Sure.
Yeah I remember yeah. Me too, me too.
And what you and your family went through.
I don't think there's anything worse
than a sudden,
tragic death,
because there is that feeling.
There's no closure.
Why didn't I say this? Why didn't I?
I could have changed this.
If only I had called or did this.
You were able.
And you to deal with this.
But what about your your family?
You know, you.
Is that Teresa?
Really?
Well and well in the back
row. We're talking about music. Beautiful.
And maybe there's some
some kind of subliminal.
Mom is.
Don't let your babies grow to be cowboys.
I don't know what's the time when
I grow up to be cowboys?
She comes through a lot. Is me really?
Maybe. Maybe this is her.
Why? I have to find out.
Yeah,
yeah, I love, I love that song.
Okay. But not for you.
You know how, like Jesus said, a
prophet isn't recognized in their own
hometown and hometown.
Are you
kind of like that prophet to your family
that are Teresa's that,
I feel like I don't I don't know
if the word prophet is the word,
but maybe.
Maybe messenger.
You said before conduit. Conduit.
Someone who,
has a voice.
You know, my whole life
I've been either performing in theater
or I've been in a band or I've been on
stage for a marketing conference.
Every skill that I've ever had has
brought me a copywriter, a writer.
All these skills have brought me forward
that I, I believe that I have
been blessed with the gifts
that allow me to be a powerful voice
and presence and personality,
to connect with people about this message.
That's what I, I believe that everything
just sort of lined up
so that I can take this information
out to the world. Yes.
And because this could have happened
to somebody else and maybe they were like,
oh I can,
oh I can never stand up and fight.
That's a really good point,
because every step we have in life
leads to where we're going.
There is a master plan there, right?
Yeah.
And you're the right spokesperson
for this.
And, my mother's over the top. Delighted.
Because she said, you're going
to reach the masses for Theresa.
You're good because Theresa's message was
your emotions are making you sick.
Theresa. Doctor Bruce lived in.
To me after.
And they all the reason why
I didn't click off it's all in the book
is because I said, oh, wait a minute,
I only know about this guy from Theresa.
Maybe I'm supposed to wash it
and that it just changed everything,
which I'm literally it changed my life
and it's why I was able to write
the book is why I'm sitting here.
Because of that.
So this must have helped
your mother greatly.
Because that's her daughter. Therapeutic.
That's. Yeah.
And those two were like,
I mean, all three.
But those are my girls. You know?
And,
Theresa live, you know, living in Florida.
She didn't get to see my mother a lot.
So when my mother went to Florida,
Tracy, like, I got her all to myself now.
Italians down here to,
Right. But,
of course,
my mother is the most amazing person,
and my mother can still laugh,
dance and sing.
I'm her daughter. She's not.
I'm shaking her fist up right now.
Does she feel that connection
also with my mother.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So my, my sister has met
my mother where my mother is.
So my mother sees 11 all day
long like 11 after the hour does.
That's their,
that's their language. That's right.
Like I'm not say it in the book
I see 11. Yeah.
That's very specific times.
I write very specific things.
Things happen.
So a lot of times in the book I write off
in italics italic I tell you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah I'm in parentheses
as well to say this just happened.
Yes, yes.
Right.
It, you know, I was doing this
and I was and I turned around
and so that happened to me
all throughout the book.
But for Teresa it's much it's
much larger things.
I mean, in the afterword
I tell a story, you know, about
and I'm just going to tell it.
Go ahead, tell it. Yes.
So there.
So I'm driving
and, that morning I had had a profound,
experience
and recognizing that,
you know what, I don't
I don't sit down every day and go, Tre,
you got a message for me?
I don't do that,
but I, I know that I should,
because she's probably sitting there
going, finally waiting for you.
You know, you got to do. You got a point.
You know, she'll just break right through
if it's really important.
But I don't really take the time
to sit and go, okay, I'm
going to be,
you know, quiet and still and meditate.
But I got this new protocol with psi K
and it involves doing that.
So I thought, well, you know what?
I'm going to start reaching out
to my sister during this protocol.
Like you know, you just see two
birds with one stone. But,
I do it.
And I did that morning and I said, I'm
going to make it a practice to just go.
Teresa, do you have a message for me
every single day.
And I'm working on that now.
And I finished my little,
declaration and proclamation to my sister.
I ran downstairs, put my pants down,
I got in the car was going
the other, and I'm driving along
listening to a station.
And I kept saying, I don't want that song.
I want to sing.
I feel like singing right now.
I don't know the lyrics,
I don't know, all of it.
I went,
oh yeah, and by the way, I told you
I was going to start reaching out to you.
So I'm reaching out to you.
So feel free to give me a sign.
I. I literally said the word sign
and who or whatever song was on
was singing the name Teresa.
Wow. You.
That's the kind of stuff
Teresa does, right?
You know, she's like,
oh yeah, I'm right here.
Yeah, yeah.
So and the thing is,
I wasn't even supposed to stop on
that song because I was looking for a song
that I could sing to.
That was my job in the moment.
And then I came this thought,
where did that come from?
I had that thought. Oh, read
the book, you'll see.
And, when I said that and I,
you know, you're going to show me a sign.
So I said, show me a sign.
Show me a sign, Teresa.
And it took me so long to write it
because I wanted people to understand
exactly how magically it happened.
Is just one example.
When I couldn't finish the book,
the afterword kept getting longer
and she kept doing these little things
and I and these things interesting.
Experiences kept revealing themselves.
And I had to keep writing more.
And you get a lot more proactive
because you're reaching out to her now.
Yes. That's what she wants. She's like,
I'm not going to do all the heavy.
All right.
You participate.
You need to evolve and expand more.
Yeah.
You know, I read a book years ago.
I think it was written in the 50s.
But listen to the title of this book.
The Dead Are alive.
And it was actually about scientists,
a group of scientists
who built this room with recorders in it.
And the purpose, over years and years
was speaking to those who have departed.
It's a fascinating read, fascinating.
And I do remember
my mother saying to me
that one of the reasons why
this book wasn't really pushed out there
that much, she said.
Because if people knew
that life doesn't end, then they fear
people would commit suicide,
that we're having problems on Earth.
And they
and they kind of pulled back on that.
But I still have a copy of that.
And I just probably,
probably was the closest
to the fact
that people would commit suicide. Yes.
And interestingly
enough, you don't get to escape it, folks.
Right? You know?
Yeah, I have to relive it in another way
until you overcome
that, what ails you?
You know. Yeah.
Even the physical stuff
is the result of a mental thing.
First. That's what I was trying to say.
Oh yeah. Okay. Yeah.
My sister's message was that
our physical ailments
are the result of unresolved issues.
Negativity.
Everything has energy manifested
in the body, right?
So if you don't release it, it's
going to make its home in your cells.
And that's what Bruce Lipton was saying.
It's like people think it's your genes,
right? It's not.
It's your it's your cells
that are responding to your thoughts
but not your conscious thoughts.
All of the stuff on your subconscious,
I totally agree.
I believe you can heal yourself
with your thoughts.
And what does disease
mean? It means lack of ease.
Disease.
Exactly.
But you can reverse that, you know?
But it doesn't mean
that you're never going to die
because we will crossover.
So people have a hard time with children
who are
who are born with some kind of disease.
And then they get into,
was this generation
or are you suffering because of blah,
blah, blah?
And I don't believe that.
I mean, I believe that things happen,
but some of these children
and the stories,
I know they are blessings.
They are blessings to the disease.
Yeah, everyone. Something to teach. Yes.
To be learned right to me.
Well, if we create our own reality
and we choose to come here,
then you need to tell me your sister chose
to exit like that and say, absolutely not.
But she knew the potential.
But I believe your sister
was already out of her body before she.
Yes, we believe that.
Absolutely
believe that, our spirit lives the body.
I've studied many cases over 30, 40 years
now of near-death experiences,
and they're all pretty much the same
no matter what country they're in.
And they were gone.
They were watching what was happening.
So. So, yeah.
So do you think or what do you think
the next chapter is?
I don't know.
So people keep saying, well,
now that you've written your first book.
All right. My friend
Charlene says, you've got to.
My friend Sydney
today said you're going to do another one
for right now.
My goal is to get this book out
to as many people as I possibly can.
It has a lot of legs.
The murder
is the medicine
that makes the sugar go down.
Now the murder is the sugar
that makes the medicine.
Yeah. Right. Yeah.
And I think we talked about that.
So people can be saying all kinds.
Oh she's trying to sell her book
and it's like I want to sell my boat.
Absolutely.
Because I want to awaken
as many people as I can.
And I'm hoping that I could get on
as many podcasts as I can and television
shows as I can, and really can reach
the masses for my sister.
Yes, that means
I'm going to have my own podcast.
I don't know, I'm just
I mean, I'm doing some events
and then something,
and I learn to listen to these things in
me and I will ask for more.
God and said, you know what?
Because I'm pitching
to all these like, places like, hey,
well, you know,
I have you been reviewed yet?
And periodical? No.
Review me.
And he's like a New York Times best.
Yeah.
I'm your spiritual teacher.
He reviewed my book is. Okay,
so I said, you know what?
It's not working.
You have
you have a few events happening now.
Just.
And see what comes your way.
And the right people will come your way.
And you, we always do that in.
When something is meant to be
for the good of the world. Yes.
And this is right for the time.
Everyone look around you on this planet.
Okay. We created all of this.
I know you might not want to
take responsibility for it,
but we are conscious
creators of our reality.
That's our God giving birth right.
Yeah. Okay.
And we did create this unwittingly
through subconscious programs okay.
So we have the ability
to change all of that.
And that's the mission here.
And and and now more than ever
we need this information to wake up.
You know
you said when something like this comes
I think God breathes on it.
That's right.
This is practical.
Things happen.
And I know things have happened.
Kelly White, amazing, intuitive.
She's
the one who led me to Michelle Sample,
my amazing publicist and marketing person
who led me to James Von Braun,
who got me to Jennifer Weagle and
all these amazing people in this space.
So I'm just kind of sit back John.
And I'm going to see where I'm led and I'm
not going to let you go get in the way.
There's only one of you go anyway. Right.
And just trust and,
and and know that, you know my sister
is going to continue to
give you the messages that she has so far.
And in the most surprising, amazing ways.
And I, I can't wait to hear people's
feedback, which I'm already
hearing, people having experiences
like sending me messages on Facebook.
Yeah, you're giving people hope.
You I mean, you really are your pick.
Pick up a copy of this book
on all platforms via Amazon.
I know it's on Amazon and, I'm learning
how to get it elsewhere, so,
Amazon only, but stay tuned for more.
And the show is called What's Good.
You were thinking probably the beginning.
How's a murderer
going to end up being good?
Wow. Good. This coming.
A lot of good came out of this.
And, we really appreciate you watching
what's good.
Please tell a friend about us, watch us
and all the platforms and, God,
we just wish you nothing.
And Annie will have all your information
for people to get in touch with you,
because I know they're going
to want to get in touch with you.
Thank you so much for being on. Thank you.
Thank all the folks behind this
that are making this happen, David.
And also say Bella,
we call her affectionately in the back,
and we appreciate everybody
sitting here on the camera.
For a lot of people behind the scenes
put this together
